These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of consulting services provided by Singh Solutions ("Consultant"). By accessing or using the services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Consultant offers a variety of consulting services, including but not limited to:

The scope of services for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement ("Engagement Agreement") between Consultant and Client.

2. Fees and Payment

Client agrees to pay Consultant the fees outlined in the Engagement Agreement. Fees may be hourly, project-based, or retainer-based. Payment is due as specified in the Engagement Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information to Consultant regarding their needs and goals.
• Cooperate with Consultant and provide timely feedback throughout the engagement.
• Make timely payments as outlined in the Engagement Agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Consultant Responsibilities

Consultant agrees to:

• Use reasonable care and skill in performing the services.
• Keep Client informed of progress on the engagement.
• Maintain the confidentiality of Client information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights developed by Consultant in the course of providing services remain the sole property of Consultant. Client may be granted a non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property for their internal business purposes, as specified in the Engagement Agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Engagement Agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Client shall be responsible for payment of all fees earned by Consultant up to the date of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Consultant shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the State of [State].

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Amendment

These Terms may be amended by Consultant at any time upon posting the amended Terms on its website. Client's continued use of the services after the amended Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients are eligible for a refund for consulting services provided by Singh Solutions. ("Consultant").

Refund Period:

Due to the fast-paced nature of our projects, refunds will only be considered for services that have NOT been started. Once work has begun on your project, we are unable to offer refunds. Clients have 3 business days from the initial service purchase to request a full refund if no work has commenced.

Eligible Services:

This policy applies to all individual consulting services offered by the Consultant, including but not limited to:

• Hourly consulting sessions
• Project-based consulting engagements
• Retainer agreements

Reasons for Refund:

Clients may be eligible for a full refund within the 3-day window if:

• Project cancellation: If the client cancels the project before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
• Misrepresentation of services: If the Consultant misrepresented their skills or experience, the client is entitled to a full refund before work starts.

Non-Refundable Services:

Once any work has begun on your project, no refunds will be issued. This includes:

• Services completed or partially completed.
• Time invested in project planning, research, and development.
• Travel expenses incurred by the Consultant on behalf of the client.
• Prepayment for services.
• Custom-developed materials for the client.

Communication:

We encourage open communication throughout the engagement. Clients are advised to raise any concerns or questions promptly so we can address them before project kickoff.

Modification of Policy:

The Consultant reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Consultant's website and will be effective immediately.
